A Stage 2 engine procedure takes between 30-45mins. This service is the process of pumping industrial strength fluid at high pressure through the intake system whilst the vehicle is at 2000RPM. This will vaporise carbon within the throttle body, injectors, manifold, intake ports, piston crowns, EGR, valves and turbo veins as well as cleaning the sensors as it goes through the engine.

 

Once this is complete we road test the vehicle at midrange RPM to blow out the carbon build up.

Unfortunately, the chemicals are only designed for diesel combustion engines. After the procedure, you should expect for the following 50-100kms the system will still carry on removing carbon.
